Deanna Siegel Senior, Founder and Executive Coach
Deanna Siegel Senior, PhD, is a certified executive coach and accomplished Head of Talent with more than two decades of experience coaching high-performing leaders and teams. In her coaching practice, she specializes in executive transitions and focuses on how the most effective executives inspire their teams through authentic leadership and radical candor. Her guiding approach is to help leaders identify their motivations and values in order to tailor their leadership style and discover greater levels of success and ease in all areas of life.
Throughout her career, Deanna has built a solid reputation as a pragmatist who builds strong relationships, and acts boldly to identify and address challenges.
EXPERIENCE
Deanna comes to coaching from a successful career in People and Talent at brands including Tiffany & Co., WW (reimagined from Weight Watchers), Deloitte and Pfizer. Deanna was brought into WW to build a talent culture to support the CEO’s vision for inspiring healthy habits for real life, for everyone. While at Tiffany & Co., she led the creation of a set of aspirational cultural values, as well as a marquee high-potential program called The Tiffany Academy for Excellence and Diversity in Leadership. Prior to Tiffany, Deanna was a key part of the worldwide organizational effectiveness and consulting services team and led the Southeast Asia Earthquake Relief (SAERF) initiative at Pfizer. Before Pfizer, she was an external consultant at Deloitte Consulting specializing in human capital and supporting leaders in the luxury retail, finance and pharmaceutical industries on their team and organizational challenges.
EDUCATION & ACCREDITATIONS
Deanna holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University and a BA from The University of Michigan. She has been published in the International Journal of Selection and Assessment (“Is There a Technology Age Gap? Associations Among Age, Skills and Employment Outcomes”) and in Social Justice Research (“Corporate Volunteerism, the Experience of Self-Integrity, and Organizational Commitment: Evidence from the Field.”) She taught the master’s level coaching course and was awarded the Dean’s Grant for her PhD dissertation on benefits of corporate volunteerism to the bottom line. Deanna founded the NY Chapter of Dining for Women, a global giving circle dedicated to transforming lives and eradicating poverty among women and girls in the developing world. Deanna lives in New York with her husband and three children.
