How we partner with you

We believe that all leaders — from mid-career managers to founders to C-suite executives — benefit from an action plan built on thoughtful, science-based insights into their strengths and potential derailers.

 

How we begin:

We begin our work together doing a lot of listening. We discuss your experiences and thoughtfully consider your vision for the future. We commit together to unearth your values and clarify your strengths. We also discuss your potential derailers. We then develop an action plan for growing your leadership capability and building your leadership legacy.

Coaching engagements

  • A kickoff team conversation (with client, their manager, and HR partner), and additional group conversations.

  • Leadership self-discovery debrief (using an instrument such as Hogan, MBTI, DISC, ExPi or a 360 assessment).

  • Bi-weekly one-on-one coaching sessions in person or via Zoom.

  • A personal leadership development plan.

  • Unlimited access for questions, progress shares and feedback.

Leadership development engagements

  • A listening tour to uncover your vision for leadership development in order to meet your people leader challenges and build ambassadorship and commitment.

  • Discussion of cutting-edge, research-based core leadership programs that help develop skills to tackle the real world challenges that are unique to each level.

  • Succession planning and high-potential development strategy, if applicable.

  • Bespoke leadership programs including our Strategic Executive Academy, Women’s Leadership Forum, or Leading Millennials workshop, preparing leaders at all levels for success amidst uncertainty and complexity.
